The Stone Italiana product is characterized by a very advanced and controlled industrial production process aimed at obtaining slabs and slabs for specialized uses in the building sector. Stone Italiana material is obtained by vacuum vibro-compression of crushed quartz, mixed with approximately 7 - 11% unsaturated polyester resin.

In this mixture are incorporated organic and inorganic dyes and personalized elements of a different nature such as glasses, mirrors, mother-of-pearl, metallic silicon, which characterize the lines produced from the aesthetic point of view.

The hot-catalyzed polyester resin allows, through a computerized manufacturing process of vibro-compression under vacuum at high pressures, the compaction of large format slices (125x125 cm and 144x307 cm) and with differentiated thicknesses (1-1, 3-2-3 cm) able to favor the use according to the different application requirements.

The sizing and polishing of the slabs are carried out in the factory, as well as the custom cutting and bevelling of the slabs. The slices are packed on wooden or metal easels, the slabs are stored in boxes placed in wooden crates.

The product makes it possible to obtain slices with technical characteristics superior to the starting raw materials.

The range of applications includes: traditional floors, raised floors and ventilated walls, interior furnishings such as kitchen and bathroom tops, mosaic coverings and decorations. Production also includes custom-made building supplies such as stairs, thresholds, plinths and frames.
